Today’s office set up, courtesy of my 2 year old. Cheers to all the people making it work this week! Whatever that looks like, you are doing a great job!!
As @nedratawwab shared, we are works in progress. This is both challenging and comforting. Try to hold this truth as we are entering in to the holiday season.
Take a break and take a big breath in. Hold it for a few seconds. Then slowly breathe out. Doing this is one of the most effective ways to reduce stress and regulate our bodies.
Constantly learning to provide the best therapeutic services possible. Love that my co-worker is joining me this morning.
One step closer to being back in the office! As a child and family therapist, this is so important to me. I know we have so much time spent in front of screens currently. Face to face sessions are much needed. And will be happening soon!
Fostering independence is such a challenge. As parents we want to be engaged and at the same time we don’t want to hover. We never want our children to get hurt. The look of pride on this girls face after she was able to climb the ladder on her
Martin Luther King Jr. has so many good quotes. He is right in so many ways. This is one that really resonates with the current times.
I am excited. This @kiwico_inc Panda crate is so good !! This has tools for feelings identification, starting at 13 months. I love that there is a book to go along with these toys.
